- Check the Printer is operating correctly and the paper cartridge is full.


 - Minimise the game and then open up settings and printers and scanners. Can you see how many printers are installed. The Software is hardcoded to look for an Epson printer. If there has been an issue and windows has automatically tried to install a 2nd Epson printer then the software may be trying to print to the wrong printer installation. 

         - Un-install all but 1 of the Epson printers
         - Make sure this is the default printer and you can print a test page.


 - Contact Frontgrid or Simworx to ensure the Paradrop app site is operational. When a game is completed the program will send the score to the app site and then the app site will return the score to the Paradrop unit for printing. Printing will not occur if:

           - The Paradrop unit does not have an active link to the Internet.

           - The Paradrop App site is temporarily down for maintenance.
